From the time a contract is executed, until the closing of the sale or the commencement of the lease, Hilliker Corporation monitors and assists in any work needed to successfully implement the contract.

Hilliker Corporation Represents Purchasers and Tenants, through finding all possible, appropriate properties. Hilliker Corporation prepares and presents offers for the selected properties and assists its clients during negotiations. From the time the contract is executed, until the closing of the sale or commencement of the lease, Hilliker Corporation monitors and assists in any work needed, to assure its client is able to take possession of the property in the contracted condition and at the contracted time.

Property Management

Hilliker Corporation tailors its property management services to each owner's and property's needs. Our management services include one or all of the following services, depending on the owner's wishes:

Hilliker Corporation's management agreements give our clients the right to terminate the agreement, at any time during the term of the agreement, on thirty days notice. No client of Hilliker Corporation has ever chosen to exercise this right, and no client has ever asked to not renew, at the expiration of its management agreement with Hilliker Corporation.
