That includes industrial, office, retail, land, institutional and investment properties. Hilliker Corporation was established in 1985 and has 18 full time sales and marketing professionals as well as its property management division, and the supporting staff.

Hilliker Corporation's success and leadership in the real estate community is based on its conviction that a real estate broker must create-and vigorously carry out-a realistic program to achieve each of its clients’ real estate goals.

BROKER COMMITMENT

The agents at Hilliker Corporation are on straight commission, without draw accounts or salaries. Thus, until they put a sale or lease together  for their client, their income is nil. This not only provides a strong incentive to successfully achieve a client’s goals, but the agents accept listings and buyer (tenant) representation agreements only on criteria they feel they can successfully complete.

BROKER ALLEGIANCE

Hilliker Corporation has a policy of not developing or owning any real estate, but specializing solely in marketing and acquiring properties for others. Thus, Hilliker Corporation is able to represent sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants of properties without the conflict of priorities with its own properties, investor/brokers so often face. Note, some individual agents do own property.

Hilliker Corporation is the only St. Louis firm affiliated with the International Real Estate Federation. Hilliker Corporation affiliations also include The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, St. Louis Metropolitan Board of Realtors, St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association and the exchange groups for the Commercial Division of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.

Hilliker Corporation has, in the last ten years, completed over one thousand three hundred transactions including selling and leasing over 30,000,000 square feet of commercial/industrial buildings, as well as the selling and leasing significant amounts of land.
