DONNA WILLIAMS

Ms. Williams has been involved with accounting and management for over 20 years in various industries. For 8 years she was Controller of Bellerive Country Club during which time, Bellerive hosted the 1992 PGA Tournament. Ms. Williams joined Hilliker Corporation in 1994 to assist its property management. Due to her effectiveness working with tenants, resulting in high tenant retention and her close attention to details with contractors, as well as the accuracy of her account management, she is successful in delivering the results property owners want. For over 10 years, Ms. Williams has been the primary property manager for Hilliker Corporation, being responsible for over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of building space. During that time, no property owner has asked Hilliker Corporation to terminate its management services.
