JOHN H. SHEPLEY

Jake Shepley is a native St. Louisan who has been a successful Commercial Real Estate Broker for 20 years.

After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1972 with a degree in Economics, Mr. Shepley earned an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

He started his professional career with The Swan Corporation and held a variety of marketing positions for six years before entering the commercial real estate field.

During his commercial real estate career, Mr. Shepley has participated in over 400 transactions in industrial, office, retail and investment property, as well as land. Being aware of Hilliker Corporation's capabilities and its ethic of industrious efforts on behalf of its clients, Mr. Shepley joined Hilliker Corporation in April 2001. At Hilliker Corporation, Mr. Shepley continues to provide his experienced brokerage capabilities to corporations and institutions throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
