PATRICK T. MCKAY

Mr. McKay established McKay Pool, Inc. in 1984. By the time he sold the company in 1991, it had grown to be the largest swimming pool, service and supply company in the St. Louis area. Upon selling his company, Mr. McKay became, in 1991, a commercial-industrial real estate agent. In 1993, Mr. McKay joined Hilliker Corporation. Since joining Hilliker Corporation, Mr. McKay has consistently closed industrial and re-development transactions, many involving large out-of-state corporations as clients.

He has been St. Louis' most active broker, representing numerous sellers and purchasers of loft redevelopment projects along Washington Avenue and Downtown.  He recently completed his 11th loft redevelopment transaction in two years, comprising over 1 million square feet sold for redevelopment.  He has handled many other transactions involving the sale of office, retail, warehouse and manufacturing facilities in both St. Louis and Illinois.
