SCOTT E. MARTIN

Mr. Martin graduated from Harvard University in 1976, with a Masters Degree in City Planning and graduated in 1994 from St. Louis University with a Masters Degree in Finance. Mr. Martin was for 8 years, Vice President of Hellmuch, Obata and Kassabaun, Inc., serving as consultant for overall real estate planning for its clients, including the Smithsonian Institution, The Federal Reserve Bank, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Ralston Purina Co.

Since joining Hilliker Corporation as an agent in 1994, Mr. Martin has, among other successes, established Hilliker Corporation as the most active and successful commercial-industrial real estate firm, in Franklin County. He has assisted buyers and tenants with the acquisition of office buildings, land, and industrial property in St. Louis County, St. Louis City and in adjacent areas. Mr. Martin has also arranged for new build-to-suit buildings for lease and sale.
