Hal Charles Ball is a major player in the St. Louis commercial real estate market. Mr. Ball graduated with honors from Amherst College. He joined Hilliker Corporation shortly after the firm was founded in 1985 and quickly became a top producer by selling properties such as the Peabody Coal Office Building and the Moolah Temple. Within three years Mr. Ball was promoted to Vice President and is now Senior Vice President and a principal of Hilliker Corporation.

Having completed over 600 commercial transactions in his career, Mr. Ball continues to help fuel Hilliker Corporation’s rapid growth. Recent transactions include the sale of the 200,000 sq. ft. former Falcon Products facility to Jerome Group, the sale of 35 surplus properties for the Board of Education and the sale of 8 parish complexes for the St. Louis Archdiocese.

Mr. Ball specializes in office, industrial, institutional and investment properties and had sales in excess of $25 million in 2006.
