A. WILLIAM ASCHINGER
VICE PRESIDENT/PRINCIPAL

Mr. Aschinger grew up with commercial real estate, being from a family, which is active in the field. Mr. Aschinger graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration. From 1987 through 1990, Mr. Aschinger owned a sporting goods store. In 1991, Mr. Aschinger joined Hilliker Corporation and quickly established himself as an individual with great ability to find prospective properties for his clients and to help them acquire the properties on desirable terms. Within a few years, he was completing forty and more office, retail and industrial deals per year. Mr. Aschinger has been especially active in tenant and buyer representation. This along with his listing and selling experience has allowed him to help clients such as Triad Manufacturing grow from 17,000 sq. ft. space needs to 320,000 sq. ft.

Mr. Aschinger has hosted, in Hilliker Corporation's offices, the monthly meetings of the Retail Marketing Exchange Committee of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
